Story
With a background in construction as early as his childhood years, Glenn Neighbour, Jr. claims he was `forced' to do hard manual labor at his parent's construction company in NJ. However, this hands-on approach helped set the foundation for this budding builder. After graduating from Greensboro College in 1992, he returned to work as their project manager and also acquired his NJ real estate license. Fast forward to 1996, he's back in NC and marries Stephanie - Greensboro native and UNC-G graduate. After he acquires his General Contractor's license that same year, VIE CONSTRUCTION broke ground. With Stephanie's background in drafting and art, they collaborated to design and build several award-winning speculative homes. This paved the way to subsequent Design | Build custom home projects and renovations. In 2007, they launched Neighbour Realty & Associates which later merged with Intracoastal Realty in 2017. Glenn is currently the Broker-in-Charge of the Porters Neck Intracoastal Realty office.
