GLENN NEIGHBOUR, JR.
Owner/Manager

After graduating in 1992 from Greensboro College with a BA in Business and Economics, Glenn moved to the New Jersey shore and started work as a partner with Neighbour and Grove Builders (a family-run company specializing in high-end custom residential construction). He was eager to start his own company and move back to the South; so he moved to Wilmington and established Vie Construction in 1996. In October of 2001, Glenn received his real estate sales license to offer clients yet another service and market Vie Construction’s speculative homes.

STEPHANIE NEIGHBOUR
Design & Marketing/Manager

Stephanie is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and holds a BA degree. With a background in art and drafting, she offers design and consulting services to Vie’s clients. Stephanie designs and coordinates our speculative homes as well.

JUNE NEWMAN
Account Manager

A native of Wilmington, June has 35 years experience in the field of accounting and business administration. She is currently employed as Vie's Account Manager and facilitates office administration.

BRENDA MAIN
Office Manager

With a background of over 30 years administrative experience with the Federal Government, Brenda's role with Vie Construction has further enhanced our team to provide excellence in customer service. On a daily basis, she facilitates scheduling of custom work and renovations,as well as, service and repair. Brenda is a liason between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees to see each project through completion. Additionally, she assists Glenn Jr. with real estate transactions.

BUDDY MAIN
Service and Warranty Manager

Crediting his previous experience managing his own maintenance and repair company,Buddy ensures clients have unrivaled workmanship and reliability. Additionally, he was employed as a warehouse manager for 12 years in Maryland, providing the groundwork for excellence in service and organizational skills. Buddy takes great care and concern with our customers' homes so that each service call is handled in a timely and thorough manner.

LAWRENCE LEE
Project Manager

Lawrence Lee is our Project Coordinator responsible for supervising quality of work and performance of employees and subconcontractors throughout the construction process. He interacts with customers, architects, designers, and suppliers to ensure each project runs efficiently. With over 20 years of experience in the field and the skills of a master carpenter, Mr. Lee delivers a strong understanding of the many facets in the construction trade.
